  • Upgrades generally take a few minutes to take effect, but delays of up to an hour are possible depending on PayPal processing and other variables. Please contact InfiniCLOUD Support if the upgrade results are still not visible after several hours.
  • Capacity upgrades will automatically renew as long as the corresponding PayPal subscription (recurring payment) is active.
  • If the PayPal subscription is cancelled, the capacity upgrade will deactivate when the current subscription period ends (at the time the next payment would have been charged).
  • Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
  • Subscriptions can not be transferred to another PayPal account during a subscription period.
