  • Upgrades may take a few minutes to take effect, but delays of up to an hour can occur due to PayPal processing or other factors. If the upgrade is still not reflected after several hours, please reach out to InfiniCLOUD Support.
  • Capacity upgrades will automatically renew as long as the corresponding PayPal subscription (recurring payment) is active.
  • If the PayPal subscription is cancelled, the capacity upgrade will deactivate when the current subscription period ends (at the time the next payment would have been charged).
  • Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
  • Subscriptions can not be transferred to another PayPal account during a subscription period.
